By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Service Description
Gravity Invisible Grills provides invisible grill installation services for balconies, windows, and other spaces in Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Our services include:
- Free on-site consultation and site survey
- Customized quote preparation
- Professional installation of invisible grills using premium stainless steel materials
- Post-installation support and maintenance advice
- Warranty coverage as per the terms mentioned below
Services are provided by trained and certified professionals following industry best practices and safety standards.
2. Installation Process and Timeline
2.1 Site Survey and Quotation
Installation begins with a free on-site consultation and survey. Our team will:
- Assess your installation area
- Understand your requirements and preferences
- Provide a detailed, transparent quotation
- Explain the installation process and timeline
2.2 Installation Timeline
Most installations are completed within 1-2 days, depending on area size and complexity. The exact timeline will be communicated after the site survey. We will obtain your written approval before proceeding with installation. Installation is typically completed with minimal disruption to your daily routine.
2.3 Site Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is:
- Accessible to our installation team
- Free from obstacles and dangerous items
- Clear of personal belongings
Any additional arrangements or modifications required may incur extra charges.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Quote Validity
Our quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes in specifications, area size, or requirements may result in quote revision.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Advance Payment: 50% advance is required to confirm the installation date
- Balance Payment: 50% balance is due after successful installation completion
- Accepted Methods: Cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit cards, and UPI
3.3 Applicable Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise specified. Additional taxes or charges imposed by government may be applicable.
3.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation before installation: Full refund of advance with 10% cancellation charge
- Cancellation after installation: No refund; customer is responsible for full payment
- Postponement: Free postponement up to 30 days; charges apply beyond that
4. Warranty and Guarantee
4.1 Warranty Coverage
We provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering:
- Material defects in stainless steel components
- Manufacturing defects in the invisible grill system
- Installation-related defects and workmanship issues
- Rust or corrosion under normal use conditions
4.2 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling
- Physical damage from external impact or accidents
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage from extreme weather events or natural disasters
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from natural calamities or acts of God
- Normal maintenance-related issues (cleaning, minor repairs)
4.3 Making a Warranty Claim
To claim warranty service:
- Contact us within 7 days of discovering the issue
- Provide photographic evidence and detailed description
- Our team will inspect and assess the damage
- Covered issues will be repaired or components replaced at no cost
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Gravity Invisible Grills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
- We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the use of installed grills
- We assume no responsibility for damage to your property during installation beyond what is reasonably foreseeable
- The customer bears all risk once installation is complete and accepted
6. Customer Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Ensure that you have the right to authorize installation (property owner or authorized representative)
- Obtain necessary permissions from landlord, society, or homeowners' association if required
- Provide accurate information about your installation area
- Ensure proper maintenance of the installed grill as per our guidelines
- Pay the agreed-upon amount on time
- Use the installed grill for intended purposes only
- Not hold us responsible for safety issues arising from misuse or negligence
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Modify or tamper with the installed grill without written permission
- Remove grill components or use them for other purposes
- Engage in any illegal or unsafe activities
- Attempt to repair the grill without professional help
- Use the grill in ways that violate local laws or regulations
- Transfer the grill to another location without our approval
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of Karnataka. Both parties agree to:
- Submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Comply with applicable laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Resolve disputes through mutual discussion before legal proceedings
9. Maintenance and Care
9.1 Regular Maintenance
To ensure longevity of your invisible grill, we recommend:
- Clean the grill monthly with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Check anchoring points and fasteners periodically
- Report any loose wires or visible damage immediately
9.2 Maintenance Services
